Cyclist hopes to encourage bike use in downtown, filed in the Recreation section as recreation content! Clearly we still have a ways to go... But, ambivalent as I am about Armstrong's racing career, what he's doing in this case appears to be 100% in the right direction. No picture though. There's enough of that already.
