Palermo Bicycles, Baltimore, Maryland

Tom Palermo is building bikes in Bal'mer. He offers repairs and modifications as well, assuming your bicycle is made of steel. Really, what else would you use to make a bike anyway? Of course, it doesn't hurt his cache to have a name like Palermo.
