Sheldon Brown is dead, long live Sheldon Brown!
For many of us he was the bicycle guru, a mentor and resource. But he was too, a philosopher king, living with generosity, humor, and concern.
He leaves a legacy broad and deep, for which I am humbly grateful.

It's been a while...
Things change, but sometimes slowly. Recent updates, if anyone reads this:
- I bought a domain (they're cheap): www.thepracticalcyclist.org. It's nothing to speak of, just the beginnings. Perhaps things will migrate there, maybe.
- I'm going to NAHBS in PDX next week. Woohoo.
- Some folks are trying to bring YBEN back from the dead. Great idea, I've got to get over there and pay some dues. Maybe you (whoever you are) should do that too.
